Hyderabad is the city of Nawabs. It is the capital of Telangana. Hyderabad was ruled by the Mughals.
One of the famous places in Hyderabad is Charminar. Charminar is considered the symbol of Hyderabad. Hyderabad is situated near the bank of the river Musi. The city consists of 140 lakes and 834 ponds. There were many artificial lakes made by dams on Musi rivers. One of the most famous lake is the Hussain Sagar. This lake is near the city center. The Weather of Hyderabad is wet and dry. Heavy rainfall in monsoon. Here most of the people speak Telugu and Urdu. Tourist speaks Hindi and English to common people and they understand very well.
Places To Visit In Hyderabad:
1.Charminar-The Symbol Of Hyderabad:
Charminar was built in 1519, by the fifth ruler of the Qutb Shahi Dynasty, Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah. It is a mosque as well as a very famous monument. This monument is famous all over the world and knows as the symbol of Hyderabad. Many tourists come
to visit Charminar from different places and from a different country. Charminar is also considered as the site to celebrate festivals like Eid-ul-Adha and Eid-ul-Fitr.
Timing To Visit Charminar: In the morning at 9am Charminar open. You should go upstairs to see the view of the city. You can also see the Makkah Masjid from there. When the Charminar opened one can see all the four corners of the city through each of its four grand arches.
2.Makkah Masjid In Hyderabad:
Makkah Masjid is one of the famous mosques in Hyderabad. Makkah Masjid is in the heart of the old city of Hyderabad. Makkah Masjid was built from bricks of soil, and the soil for bricks is brought from Mecca the holiest site of Islam. Many people come to visit the most and site near the water side, people believe that by sitting near the water side we again come to visit the mosques.
3.Golkonda Fort In Hyderabad:
Golkonda Fort known for archeological treasures. Golkonda fort is spread across 11km of total area. Tourist comes from different places to visit this fort. Tourist comes to see the architectural beauty in many of the pavilion, gates, entrances, and domes.
4.Salar Jung Museum In Hyderabad:
Salar Jung Museum one of the famous national museum of India. It is an art museum near the bank of river Musi in the city of Hyderabad. The museum has more than 30 galleries with a lot of collection of arts. There were coin gallery, statue gallery, clock gallery, painting gallery, etc. Salar Jung Museum is one of the largest museums in the world.
Timing to visit Museum: The museum opens at 10am and closed at 5pm.For the visitor, the museum has a luggage clock room as bags are not allowed inside the museum. The museum is too big it takes your half day to visit the museum.
5.Hussain Sagar Lake And Buddha Statue In Hyderabad:
Hussain Sagar Lake is one of the biggest lakes in Hyderabad city. It is a necklace-shaped type lake. A statue of Gautama Buddha stands on Gibraltar Rock in the middle of the lake. You can visit the statue by boat. Many people come to see the statue of Gautama Buddha and click photos of them.

Hyderabad is also famous for its food. The most famous is "Hyderabadi biriyani"People come to visit Hyderabad and never go without tasting the biriyani of Hyderabad. One of the best places for biriyani is Shadaab Biryani near Chowmohalla Palace.
